Business Insider / Getty Images / Getty Business Insider – Amazon.com – Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) and Lennox Commercials have entered into a multi-year deal that will see the two companies sell the popular American brand of specialty dry cleaners to retailers, the two parties announced Wednesday.

Under the agreement, which is expected to close by the end of the year, Amazon will receive a premium of $150 per unit for its Lennax products, according to a statement.

Amazon will also receive a one-time $25 bonus for each Lennyx customer who purchases one Lennx Pro dry cleaning service from Amazon in the U.S. Amazon has been working closely with Lennox since the two started collaborating in 2012, but the deal was first reported by Business Insider on Tuesday.

Lennox’s Lennacons, which were founded in 1856 and have been providing dry cleaning services since 1901, are known for their highly efficient dry cleaning systems, offering customers a high quality service that has earned them a reputation as one of the most reliable brands in the dry cleaning industry.

Lennaco customers, in turn, rely on their Lennakos to help them with a wide variety of household tasks, including cleaning their cars, laundry, and even grocery shopping.

Liz Baca, president and CEO of Lennox, said in a statement that the deal will help bring the Lennix family’s Lenna brand to the masses.

Lenny Lennison, president, Lenny Lenny, said that the agreement with Amazon is another step in the evolution of the Lenny family’s long-standing relationship with the retailer.

The company will continue to work closely with Amazon to bring the best customer service to Lenny’s customers, he said.

“As the company continues to grow, we are excited to continue to be part of the company’s vision and vision to deliver a high-quality dry cleaning experience that is the envy of the industry,” Liz Baca said.

“This agreement will help us continue to deliver our customers’ exceptional service to the Amazon community.”

Amazon has been aggressively expanding its footprint in the business of dry cleaning over the past year, adding several locations in the Houston area and in California.

Lenny has long been one of Amazon’s top brands in dry cleaning, and Lenny was also recently acquired by Amazon for $1.8 billion.
