Commercial sales inc (CSI) has raised $1.8 billion in its first three months of trading, and its cash flow has jumped significantly to Rs 8,000 crore from Rs 3,000.
The Indian company said that its quarterly dividend payout had jumped to Rs 1,600 from Rs 800.
CSI said it has increased its capital expenditure from Rs 2,500 crore to Rs 5,000-6,000 crores.
CSI’s market cap is at Rs 13,700 crore.
CSI has also started expanding into retail segments and is eyeing to focus on e-commerce.
“CSI’s portfolio is diversified with retail segment and it has been diversified in the last two years.
It has expanded into e-retail and digital business,” a senior executive said.

In its first quarter of the fiscal, CSI had revenues of Rs 551 crore and net income of Rs 1.2 crore.
CSI has said it plans to invest more in digital and e-services, which will bring the company’s total revenue to Rs 6,500-6:30 crore per quarter.
“It has been growing at a steady pace for the last five years, but now it is growing at an unprecedented pace,” the executive said, adding that CSI had made an investment of Rs 10 crore in its existing business and was going to invest Rs 5-6 crore in new businesses.
